David Mellor
David Mellor (1930–2009) was one of Britain's great post-war designers, best known for his cutlery. His son Corin Mellor now leads the company from its Round Building factory in Hathersage, in the Peak District.
We stock Corin's salt and pepper mills in turned beech with a ceramic CrushGrind mechanism, with the matching stand and pinch pots, granite pestles and mortars, the Chelsea salad servers, a polished stainless steel tray, and David Mellor's children's cutlery, in production since 1975.
