Globally renowned cheesemaker Ivan Larcher leads a small, skilled team producing soft and semi-hard cheeses and fresh dairy products, perfectly ripened and beautifully packaged, all hand-made using certified-organic cow’s milk from a nearby family-owned farm delivered several times a week.
