Non-food delivery

Standard and Express Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping Australia wide on our range of non-food items.

Cost: $15 for standard shipping for orders up to $300. Free standard shipping for orders over $300.

$25 flat rate for express shipping.

Timelines: Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of being received. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; express typically takes 1–2 business days.

Food delivery

We've put a lot of care into our shipping process to ensure our products reach the recipient in perfect condition. Orders are sent with insulation and ice packs so that they can be left outside for a few hours if no one is home to receive the delivery.

Our couriers have been instructed to leave orders in a 'safe place' if no one is home to receive the delivery. This isn't always possible, and if they have to attempt re-delivery at another time we may need to pass on a re-delivery fee.

If you are ordering cheese as a gift, we strongly advise that you tell the recipient to expect a delivery. It is a requirement that you provide the recipient's mobile number so that the courier will be able to contact them. We also advise that you make sure the recipient is aware the package needs to be refrigerated if it's not to be opened for a length of time.

Please note that if you only want your contact details to be used then it is your responsibility to let the recipient know the item is on its way and the food contents are to be kept in the refrigerator.

If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at info@theartisancheeseroom.com.au as soon as possible with a photo and we will do our best to make it right.

Local Courier

Customers within 40km of Paddington have the option to select delivery via local courier. A tracking link will be sent to the recipient via SMS.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on distance.

Timelines: Order by 8am Sydney time for same day delivery or select the date at checkout.

Refrigerated Delivery

Our refrigerated delivery service ensures your package arrives in great condition across NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland. Tracking is not available from dispatch, however, a tracking link is sent to the recipient via SMS on the morning of delivery.

Cost: $20 in NSW/ACT and $30 in Vic/QLD for all refrigerated deliveries. A $150 order minimum applies.

We do not currently offer refrigerated delivery to WA, SA, NT or Tasmania.

Orders received after a cutoff will be held for the next available dispatch date. This schedule is updated periodically — we recommend checking back before placing an order.
