The piece
triangle makes cheese and kitchen tools in Solingen, Germany's blade-making capital. For the Sense range, handles are turned from FSC-certified plum wood from regional orchards, then finished in Solingen and fitted with stainless steel. The blade is hardened German knife steel and can be resharpened or replaced.
In use
Set it fine to shave Parmigiano Reggiano DOP or fresh truffle over pasta, or thicker for potato, cucumber or zucchini. The end-holder guards your fingers and uses the last of the piece. For truffle, see also the Eppicotispai truffle slicer.
