The piece
Eppicotispai makes Italian kitchen tools in 18/10 stainless steel. This truffle slicer has a finely adjustable wheel and a non-slip handle. This one has an olive wood handle.
In use
Shave fresh Hartley truffle in season over eggs, pasta or risotto, or curl dark chocolate over dessert. It also works as a small mandoline for garlic and shallots. Finish with a drizzle of Hartley Truffled Honey over cheese.
