- Description
A knife made for the table rather than the kitchen. Its slender blade moves cleanly through semi-firm and firm cheeses, like a young Comté, a clothbound cheddar or a wedge of Manchego. The forked tip then lifts each slice onto the plate, so guests can help themselves.
The Bistrot range takes its cue from the riveted cutlery of Parisian neighbourhood bistros, and each piece is assembled by hand in France. The handles come in colours made to be mixed: choose one for every guest, or keep to a single shade for a quieter table.
