The Sabre Bistrot spreader is used to spread soft butter, tapenades, taramas or anything else you care to spread on bread or toast.

For the softer side of the board. The rounded, non-slicing blade glides through a ripe Brie, a spoonable Taleggio or fresh chèvre, and just as happily spreads butter, rillettes or tapenade onto bread.
The Bistrot range takes its cue from the riveted cutlery of Parisian neighbourhood bistros, and each piece is assembled by hand in France. The handles come in colours made to be mixed: choose one for every guest, or keep to a single shade for a quieter table.

Pair with the Bistrot Cheese Knife for semi-firm and firm cheeses, and the Bistrot Cheese Cleaver for aged, crystalline wedges.

Care
- Dishwasher safe to 45°C. Handwash with a soft sponge to keep the finish at its best.
- Keep light-coloured handles away from staining foods such as coffee, tea and tomato.
