Some cheeses ask for a firmer hand. The solid, sharp blade breaks cleanly through aged Parmigiano Reggiano, mature Gruyère or a long-aged Gouda, finding the natural fault lines in the crystalline texture.
The Bistrot range takes its cue from the riveted cutlery of Parisian neighbourhood bistros, and each piece is assembled by hand in France. The handles come in colours made to be mixed: choose one for every guest, or keep to a single shade for a quieter table.
