Description

Its solid, sharp blade makes this Sabre Bistrot Cheese Cleaver particularly suitable for cutting hard cheeses.

Care recommendations 

  • Dishwasher safe to 45°C (113 °F) maximum 
  • Not suitable for microwaves
  • Suitable for food contact
  • When washing by hand do not use abrasive sponges.
  • If small rings appear on the knife blades remove with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
  • For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
