Triangle Sense Cheese Plane with Plum Wood Handle
A precise cheese plane with a plum wood handle, for even, paper-thin slices of semi-hard cheese.
Free shipping on orders over $300
The piece
triangle makes cheese and kitchen tools in Solingen, Germany's blade-making capital. For the Sense range, handles are turned from FSC-certified plum wood from regional orchards, then finished in Solingen and fitted with stainless steel blades.
In use
Draw the plane across a block of Gouda or a young Comté AOP for even slices that lie flat on bread. It is the Scandinavian way to serve cheese at breakfast, and it makes a little cheese go a long way.
