What it is
Pacific oysters (Magallana gigas) are the variety canners prize most: large, plump and firm. La Narval's are hand-picked with a knife from rocks and structures set by local families, smoked slowly over cherry wood and packed in olive oil. Naturally sweet, gently smoky, and firm enough to hold their shape when cooked.
How to enjoy
Eat straight from the tin on a Balabudgee cracker, or toss through hot pasta with garlic and parsley. Pour a glass of Perlage Prosecco.
