Balabudgee 8-Seed Sourdough Crackers are made by Toby and Ali Anderson in Frog Rock near Mudgee, from their Sourdough Starter Culture ‘Jane’, a dash of pickling liquid, local olive oil, Australian sea salt, a pinch of sweet Paprika and Chilli and heaps of seeds - Quinoa, Buckwheat, Sunflower, Chia, Flax, Hemp, Pumpkin and Poppy.
