Description
A certified biodynamic Prosecco Superiore from Perlage, the family winery that was first in the region to be certified organic (1981) and biodynamic (2005). Col di Manza was the first biodynamic Prosecco Superiore DOCG ever made.
From Rive di Ogliano, one of the DOCG's designated Rive: steep slopes worked only by hand, with stricter limits on yields. Made in an Extra Dry style.
Succulent and generous, with green apple, pear, white peach and acacia blossom. Fine bubbles, a gentle softness and a clean, mineral finish.
Made for the aperitif hour. Pairs well with prosciutto, fresh soft cheeses and fried snacks. Serve well chilled.
750ml · Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Italy
