The piece
triangle makes cheese and kitchen tools in Solingen, Germany's blade-making capital. For the Sense range, handles are turned from FSC-certified plum wood from regional orchards, then finished in Solingen and fitted with stainless steel.
In use
The knife has a serrated blade with cut-outs for soft and semi-hard cheese, and the slicer cuts even 3mm or 5mm slices of firm cheese. Together they cover most of a cheese board, and make a ready-made gift.
