The Perceval 9.47 was born from a simple idea: make a table knife with the same qualities as a pocket knife. Sleek and elegant, the 9.47 table knife distinguishes itself by its pure and timeless lines.

- Adjustment, assembly, shaping, polishing, finishing and sharpening by hand are carried out in the Atelier Perceval workshop in Thiers
- Not dishwasher safe
This set includes 6 table knives, each featuring a handle crafted from a distinct wood species, carefully selected for its beauty and unique character:
- Bocote: exotic wood with contrasting veins, offering a warm and distinctive aesthetic.
- Maple Wood: light-colored wood speckled with natural patterns, bringing a subtle touch of elegance.
- Olive wood: Mediterranean essence with golden tones and irregular grain, a symbol of tradition and durability.
- Snakewood: rare wood with sinuous patterns and varied hues, evoking exoticism and uniqueness.
- Gabon ebony: dense and deep-toned wood, renowned for its intense black color and fine grain.
- Guaiac: extremely hard wood from Central America, appreciated for its durability and unique greenish tint.
