What it is
Falwasser makes its crispbreads in Byron Bay, rolled so thin they snap cleanly and never compete with what goes on top. The Natural is the plain one: lightly toasted, neutral and crisp, which is exactly why it is our best-selling cracker. It suits soft, runny cheeses that need a sturdy but quiet base.
How to enjoy
Spread with Brillat-Savarin IGP or Woodside Edith, or top with Comté AOP and a spoon of Peppered Fig Paste.
