The piece
Bérard has made wooden kitchen and table pieces since 1892, from its base north of Provence. This 26cm board is cut from olive wood with a handle at one end, light enough to carry to the table one-handed.
In use
Slice cheese, fruit and bread on it in the kitchen, then carry it out as it is: a wedge of French Raclette with fig paste is enough for two. It also suits a single wedge after dinner.
