The piece
Bérard has made wooden kitchen and table pieces since 1892, from its base north of Provence. Its maintenance wax is made from natural beeswax and food-grade mineral oil, for any unvarnished wood that touches food.
In use
Rub a thin layer onto a clean, dry board with a soft cloth, leave it to soak in, then buff off the excess. Use it on your olive wood boards, spoons and bread basket whenever the wood looks pale or dry.
