What it is
Perelló's cocktail mix brings together pitted green olives, black olives, small gherkins and silverskin onions in a lightly spiced pickle brine with chilli. Briny, sharp and a little hot, it's everything you want next to a drink, ready the moment you open it.
How to enjoy
Tip into a bowl with Bonilla a la Vista Patatas Fritas and serve with a Taylor & Smith Negroni or Casa Mariol Vermut Negro. Also great on a ploughman's board with Montgomery Cheddar.
