What it is
Gordal means "the fat one" in Spanish, and these are the largest table olives Spain grows. Perelló pits them and packs them in a bright brine with guindilla chillies, so each olive carries a mild, slow heat against firm, buttery flesh. They are our best-selling olive by a distance.
How to enjoy
Serve straight from the jar with Bonilla a la Vista Patatas Fritas and a wedge of Manchego DOP. Drop one into a Taylor & Smith Dirty Martini, and keep the brine for the next one.

The Perelló story began in 1964 with a small market stall in Barcelona, where founder Gaspar Perelló sold olives from across Spain. The company is best known for its plump and juicy Gordal olives, which have a distinctive, meaty texture and a slightly spicy kick.
