What it is
Every bar in Spain has a dish of these on the counter. Firm green olives are pitted and filled with anchovy paste, so you get brine, olive and a savoury hit of fish in one bite. Maestros packs them in brine to keep them plump.
How to enjoy
Serve with Bonilla a la Vista Patatas Fritas and a glass of Casa Mariol Vermut Negro, or alongside Manchego DOP. Try their Lemon Stuffed Olives too.
