The piece
Made for The Fine Cheese Co and illustrated by John Broadley with a blue and white dairy scene, the platter comes in an illustrated gift box.
In use
The flat, rimless surface gives cheese room to be cut where it sits. Arrange a hard, a soft, a blue and a washed rind such as Époisses AOP around the edge, with crispbreads, dried quince and fruit in the middle. Add the matching Ceramic Plates for Cheese and a Bistrot Cheese Knife for a complete board.
