What it is
Knutsford Gourmet rolls its lavosh by hand in Western Australia, then bakes it into long, thin sheets of bark. This one is brushed with pure maple syrup, scattered with crushed pink peppercorns and finished with lake salt: sweet, gently spicy and very crisp.
How to enjoy
Made for goat's cheese, creamy blue and soft white cheese: try Petit Sainte-Maure, Berry's Creek Riverine Blue or Woodside Edith, with a little Hartley Truffled Honey.
