Corymbia Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Fruit from the organically managed Calgardup vineyard, 100% cabernet sauvignon.
The aromas are layered with cassis, exotic spice, salt bush and dried bay leaf. The tannins on the palate super-fine and the finish long and savoury.
Pomegranate, wild blackberries, violets and salted licorice characters are complemented by a palate of great energy and drive. It’s all framed by the vineyard’s typical graphite-like structure.
A joyous expression of the Margaret river maritime terroir.
Only four barrels were made.
