The piece
Part of Sabre's Bistrot range, inspired by the riveted cutlery of Parisian bistros and made in France. It is the piece that gets used every day, at breakfast as much as on the cheese board.
In use
The wide, rounded blade glides through a ripe Brillat-Savarin IGP, a spoonable Époisses AOP or a fresh bûche de chèvre, and spreads cultured butter or onion relish without tearing the bread. Put one at each place setting in mixed colours, or keep one on the board beside the Bistrot Cheese Knife.
