The piece
From Sabre's Bistrot range: riveted handles, simple lines and colours inspired by the cutlery of Parisian neighbourhood bistros, made in France. The serrated edge makes this the most versatile knife in the set.
In use
The fine teeth grip a tomato's skin and cut through without pressing out the juice. The same edge saws through a baguette crust and gets through the rind of a raclette. It earns a place at the table as a steak or bread knife too.
