Pep sources whole black peppercorns from Cambodia, a country known for its pepper for centuries. They are herbaceous and earthy, with notes of dark chocolate and citrus and a slow-building warmth. The grinder holds 50g and is refillable.
In use
Grind it over eggs, steak, a Bûche de Chèvre or a wedge of Comté AOP with honey. When it runs low, top it up with a Pep Refill.
