What it is
Muscatels are muscat grapes left to dry on their stems, which concentrates them into rich, honeyed, slightly raisiny clusters. These come from Victoria. We sell them on the vine, by weight, because they look as good on a board as they taste. Their sweetness balances salty, aged cheeses beautifully.
How to enjoy
Pair with Montgomery Cheddar, Comté AOP 24 months or Colston Bassett Stilton PDO, with Knutsford Honey & Walnut Lavosh.
