What it is
Marabissi has baked in Chianciano Terme, Tuscany, since 1948. Three generations on, the family makes the traditional sweets of nearby Siena, amaretti among them. These soft amaretti are made with almonds, sugar and egg white.
How to enjoy
Serve them with an espresso after dinner. Or crumble them over Vannella Ricotta with a drizzle of Miellerie Leatherwood Honey for an easy dessert.
