What it is
Maestros has been preparing olives and pickles in Navarra, northern Spain, since 1968. Cebollitas are small onions pickled in a gentle, tangy brine: crisp, sweet-sour and very moreish.
How to enjoy
A Spanish-style tapa with Guindilla Piparra, Angelachu anchovies and Casa Mariol Vermut Negro, or alongside Montgomery Cheddar for a ploughman's.
