What it is

Only the best sections are hand-cut, then packed in olive oil with Galician sauce, which brings gentle paprika warmth. Tender and clean-tasting.
How to enjoy
Warm gently and serve over sliced boiled potato with a dusting of paprika and a drizzle of Mount Zero Frantoio olive oil, as in a Galician pulpo á feira.
