Fruit from vineyards in the Coal River (15%) and Derwent (75%) Valleys the North West (8%) and Channel (2%). Predominantly whole berry, 8% whole bunch, natural yeast, held on skins for 16-21 days. Pressed directly to and matured in oak (6% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
