What it is
Grandvewe is a sheep's milk cheesery at Birchs Bay in southern Tasmania, and home to Hartshorn Distillery. This mustard uses Hartshorn's oaked vodka and Australian wattleseed, which brings roasty notes of coffee, chocolate and hazelnut.
