Vinegar made with Chardonnay white wine aged in French oak.
Expect a balanced, elegant and direct vinegar with hints of white fruit, honey and chamomile. Its aging in French oak barrels gives the vinegar delicate toasted notes.
Perfect for enhancing the flavour of white fruit salads (apple, pear, nectarines, and so on) or as a base for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces. Thanks to its subtle aromas, this Chardonnay vinegar can also be used to marinate anchovies and pickle fish.

The Badia family are master vinegar makers. Since 1908, five generations of Badia’s have dedicated their lives to the company and its craft. Each wine that will be turned into a Castell de Gardeny vinegar is hand selected Agustí Badia and his daughters, Judit and Marta.
