This Swiss pot of molten cheese heaven is a timeless classic and is being enjoyed in ever increasing numbers, especially here in Australia during ski season. But it’s not just for the chalet set, this dish can be enjoyed at home with friends and family alike. It’s fun, it’s interactive and most importantly it’s incredibly delicious.

We freshly prepare the perfect mix of aged Swiss Gruyère and Emmentaler to order.

We recommend 200g per person for a full meal, but you can use less if you are having it as part of a larger feast.

The kit Includes 200g cheese, a measure of Kirsch and 50g Saucissons and Cornichons per person.

Or simply order the cheese and organise your own accompaniments.
