But it’s not just for the chalet set, this dish can be enjoyed at home with friends and family alike. It’s fun, it’s interactive and most importantly it’s incredibly delicious.
We freshly prepare the perfect mix of aged Swiss Gruyère and Emmentaler to order.
We recommend 200g per person for a full meal, but you can use less if you are having it as part of a larger feast.
The kit Includes 200g cheese, a measure of Kirsch and 50g Saucissons and Cornichons per person.
Or simply order the cheese and organise your own accompaniments.

Free pickup in store (Paddington) is available for all orders.
Local courier (within 40km of Paddington): Variable rates apply.
Refrigerated delivery (selected regions NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD)
- $20 (NSW/ACT) or $30 (VIC/QLD) for orders up to $300
- Free for orders over $300
- Minimum order $80
- Order by 12pm Monday for delivery that week (orders after this time ship the following week).
How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
