The piece
Made for The Fine Cheese Co of Bath and illustrated by John Broadley, the baker carries his hand-drawn dairy scenes in blue on white. It comes in an illustrated gift box with recipes.
In use
Unwrap a Mons Camembert, score the top, add garlic, thyme or a spoon of honey, and bake for about 15 minutes until molten. The lid keeps it warm at the table while everyone dips bread, crispbreads or potatoes. Other bloomy cheeses such as Brie Fermier or Brillat-Savarin IGP work too.
