The piece
Bérard has made wooden kitchen and table pieces since 1892, from its base north of Provence. Racine boards are shaped with flowing curves and cut edges that show off the grain of the olive wood, and each has a handle. The gift set comes with a cotton bag and a tin of Bérard's wood wax.
In use
Its shape suits a row of cheeses, from a Comté AOP to a Brillat-Savarin IGP, or a sliced baguette. Pair it with the Olive Wood Cheese Knife Set for a complete gift.
