The piece
Abbeyhorn has worked horn in England since 1749, and still cuts, shapes and polishes each piece by hand. Horn is the traditional material for caviar spoons, and this one has a neat, square-ended bowl.
In use
Set one beside each plate when serving caviar or salmon roe. It is also the right size for a single bite of soft cheese with a little Hartley Truffled Honey.
