When will I receive my box?
Your box will be delivered to the nominated address around the second Wednesday of each month. You will receive a notification of the delivery from our courier.

What if I'm away?
You can skip a month or schedule in an alternative delivery date. Just let us know the week before.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, pause or cancel your membership anytime through your customer account.
