Handcrafted by artisans, this Berard wooden salt keeper is created using the traditional method of carving it from a solid piece of olive wood, which means that no two will be exactly alike. It's original beauty and graceful curves are an elegant addition to any kitchen counter or table. This salt keeper has a corrosion-resistant hinged magnetic lid that swings away to reveal the salt kept inside. Because olive wood is naturally resistant to scratches, moisture, and bacteria it is a more hygienic container than plastic, and it's environmentally friendly because it's harvested from sustainable forests and orchards.

Care recommendations
