Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on lees, it offers perfumed aromas of white blossom, stone fruit and preserved lemon. The palate shows juicy apricot, citrus peel and a hint of grapefruit pith, balanced by refreshing acidity. A perfect match for grilled seafood or light pasta.
