Description
Fermented in a combination of French oak barriques and hogsheads, with 20% new oak to add subtle depth and framing rather than overt richness. Partial malolactic fermentation (around 10%) softens the palate while preserving natural acidity and line.
The wine was aged in oak for six months prior to bottling, resulting in a poised, medium-bodied Chardonnay with clarity, quiet power and excellent balance.
