What it is
Maestros has been preparing olives and pickles in Navarra, northern Spain, since 1968. Banderillas are the classic Spanish pickle skewers: gherkin, pickled onion, red pepper and a pitted green olive, threaded onto a stick and ready to eat. Sharp, crunchy and made for a drink.
How to enjoy
Pour a Casa Mariol Vermut Negro over ice and add a bowl of Bonilla chips: that's the Spanish vermouth hour at home. Add Angelachu anchovies for an extra salty bite.
