What it is
Castell de Gardeny is run by the Badia family in Lleida, Catalonia, master vinegar makers since 1908. Every wine they turn into vinegar is hand selected by Agustí Badia and his daughters, Judit and Marta. Made from vermouth, it is aromatic, herbal and gently bittersweet.
How to enjoy
Dress a tomato salad, or marinate Angelachu anchovies with garlic and parsley. Serve with Casa Mariol Vermut Negro.
