What it is
Castell de Gardeny is run by the Badia family in Lleida, Catalonia, master vinegar makers since 1908. Every wine they turn into vinegar is hand selected by Agustí Badia and his daughters, Judit and Marta. Made from Chardonnay, it is clean, fresh and delicately fruity.
How to enjoy
Perfect for vinaigrettes, seafood and quick pickles. Whisk with Mount Zero Arbequina for a light dressing.
