The cheese
Glen Moidart was Victoria's first raw milk organic cheese. Prom Country makes it by hand from the unpasteurised milk of the certified organic Glen Moidart farm in South Gippsland. It is a gouda style, cellared for more than five months with a smear rind.
Tasting notes
The texture is smooth and supple. The flavour is complex and lingering, and it shows the character of the farm's raw milk.
How to enjoy
Serve it on a board with apple and crackers, or melt it into a toastie. Pair it with a Chardonnay. Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving.

How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
