This vinegar is made using the fresh juice of perfectly ripe apples. It has a milder acidity than wine vinegar and produces balanced sweet notes.
Gardeny highly recommends it with walnut and cheese salads, white meat.

The Badia family are master vinegar makers. Since 1908, five generations of Badia’s have dedicated their lives to the company and its craft. Each wine that will be turned into a Castell de Gardeny vinegar is hand selected Agustí Badia and his daughters, Judit and Marta.
