Formaticum Reusable Cheese Storage Bags
Formaticum · New York
Reusable bags that let cut cheese breathe while holding in enough moisture to stop it drying out.
Free shipping on orders over $300
The piece
Formaticum makes cheese paper and bags for storing cheese the way a cheesemonger would. These bags are washable and reusable, designed to replace cling film for good.
In use
Cling film suffocates cheese and traps sweat; an open fridge dries it out. These bags sit between the two, so a cut wedge of Comté AOP stays fresh for days longer. Drop the cheese in, fold the top over and keep it in the vegetable crisper. Wash in warm soapy water and air dry between uses.
