This was the first wine produced by Tiziano in 2018. Sorì is a topographic term in the Piedmontese language used to describe a vineyard perfectly exposed to the midday sun. Made from 100% estate-grown Cortese, it represents a selection of the best vineyard material. The site faces south-west to west, with 30-year-old vines rooted in Cessola marls of Langhian origin interlayered with sandy strata.

Description
The grapes are hand-harvested in small crates, cold-macerated in concrete tanks for 12 hours, and gently pressed in a basket press. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel, followed by five months of élevage on fine lees.
