The most popular olives in Spain, Manzanilla olives are green, with a firm and meaty texture, and a slightly spicy and lightly bitter, briny flavour. Marinated with guindilla chillies to impart a mild heat, they make a moreish snack eaten as is, or provide an extra level of flavour when added to salads, cocktails and dressings. Don’t forget to save the brine for your martinis!

The Perelló story began in 1964 when founder Gaspar Perelló started selling olives from a small market stall in Barcelona's famous Boquería Market. He quickly earned a reputation for quality, and the company is now known for its diverse range of olives and pickles, particularly its famous Gordal olives.
