Pecora Dairy Bloomy is a real Aussie beauty. This mould-ripened fresh ewe’s curd cheese has a beautifully delicate ash covered ivory skin and just beneath the rind it has a gooey texture which oozes as the cheese matures. The centre is dense, rich and smooth but with a slightly chalky texture with notes of citrus and a lingering “creme fraiche” mouth-feel.
Pecora Dairy was launched in 2011 by Michael and Cressida McNamara and is situated in Robertson, the Green Heart of the Southern Highlands. The flock is Australia’s only exclusive, working, pure East Friesian ewes.

Local courier (within 40km of Paddington): Variable rates apply.
Refrigerated delivery (selected regions NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD)
- $20 (NSW/ACT) or $30 (VIC/QLD) for orders up to $300
- Free for orders over $300
- Minimum order $80
- Order by 12pm Monday for delivery that week (orders after this time ship the following week).
How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
